I never knew making a simple flute need all these time and steps. And it could be made of GOLD and SILVER. Wow. But that will make more gold and silver resources disappear. But thats wat makes it expensive. (lol)

it takes soo long to make only one flute! and how it is going through different steps and i really didnt know that you had to make each pieces(keys) of the flute, i thought that a big piece of silver would just go in a big machine and come out as a complete finished flute 🙂

This video is really cool by showing us how a flute is made. I didn’t even know that some keys were made out of wax!!! Even though I am a flute player I think there is a lot of facts that I don’t know. I’m sure that one flute takes a very LLLLLOOOOOONNNGGG time but I think there worth it. And about the all the cushon in the keys, to replace them it cost 90 dollors!! Can you believe that! I mean it is sooo expensive. :p

I think that its really interesting that it takes 120 hours to make a flute. Also, its amazing that the flutes are made out of gold, silver and platinum. Apart from that, I cannot believe that it takes 90 dollars, just to replace the padding under one key of the flute. Also, its amazing that you have to make a tree out of flute keys. I can’t believe this much hard work goes into making a flute. And it’s amazing how the price range of a flute is from $ 9,000 to $ 48,000. I just have one question, are all instruments that expensive?
